Why won’t a short song fit on any existing radio format? Seems like it would be easier to slip it in. I don’t listen to much top 40 radio, so I don’t really know. I remember back in olden days when Crosby Stills ‘n’ Nash released “Just a Song Before I Go”. I think that was less than 2 minutes. Of course, being CSN, it seemed like it went on forever anyway.

Maybe slipping The King James Bible into his song is Toby Keith’s way of letting you know that it’s all a parody, a nod to “sushi” being a gift from America in “America F**k Yeah” from Team America World Police.

“The 14th floor” is really the 13th floor in a superstitious building. Therefore, whatever is happening there is unlucky and means their relationship is doomed. Duh!

Oh, come on. It’s not going to be any worse than any other “Golden Throats” album, and probably somewhat better. And there’ll never be a song from it that’ll become popular, so you’ll never have to think of it again.
